Memorial Day 2008
True to tradition, we were introduced to summer by spending time at the lake for Memorial Day weekend. We spent time with family and friends and enjoyed the great outdoors. The Zahns joined us for dinner on Sunday and Elle thoroughly enjoyed playing with the big girls. It rained Sunday evening and into Monday but the sprinkles did not impede our fun. I spent most of the day on the back porch, curled up with a good book, a cup of coffee and a blanket. It was a fabulous weekend.
